Can only speak to initial setup of policy but Devin was patient, professional, and helpful, answering all the questions a new dog owner and prospective insurance customer might ask. If this is an indication of how the company runs, it’s a very good sign. Based on all the reviews of Furkin’s service so far, I’m feeling hopeful and trusting in this newer company.
