Have yet to make a claim, but great experience with help from the contact center. Very short time to pickup call. Working with Mallory to resolve a mysterious missed payment issue (not a euphemism for me screwing up - the card on file has worked for Furkin, worked for everything else this month, nowhere near card limit). I never felt rushed; she worked with me to diagnose possible causes, we chose one option but since payments run nightly she committed to following up next day. Friendly, warm, interested in my pet, but also professional, efficient, knowing the limits of what she can and can’t solve, and taking personal ownership of the outcome. Bonus: she let me know she stopped the call recording during discussion of credit card info. Outstanding customer care.
