Janet was very helpful with all the questions I had and there were plenty of them; plus she seemed like she and the company actually care about the animals. Was very thorough, no matter how small or big the question. Clarified lots of questions about all the different insurances available. Appreciated the specific breakdowns and honesty plus kindness.
