I am very happy to say that I got all the information I needed. The representative I spoke to, Devin, was extremely helpful and professional. She answered all my questions and was very thorough in all the information she was giving me. She did not use any language that would be up for interpretation (was very clear) and was very patient with me and happy to repeat when I didn't quite catch something.
