I had a WONDERFUL first experience calling Furkin for my first claims submitted for my pup, Haru. Although I was not thrilled about the long wait time, my actual call as well as the level of conversation, help and guidance made me forget about the hold time! I was so excited to call Furkin, as it's my first interaction with any Furkin rep outside of being billed and I am so confident in my decision to pay for insurance for my pup. I wanted to get pet insurance to make my life easier and more stress free, but after hearing horror stories from other people submitting claims to their insurance companies I was worried...
