I called Furkin a couple of times and the two people who helped me were great, very friendly and cleared my questions.
One of those times was actually to review the price charged. I subscribed online and when I checked the price, I was charged more than I thought I should. So I called you right after getting the insurance and the person I spoke to, confirmed there were some error and I was actually charged more than the current quote, so she canceled my insurance and created a new one to me, which is now with the accurate price.
