When I called to find out how to file a claim when my cat was sick, I was beside myself. The people I spoke with were unbelievably kind and really helped me navigate what needed to be done. Once the claim was in, there were a couple bumps getting all the information to you, but the claim was paid within 10 days of me sending it. I am already recommending this company to people I know who have pets, whether they have insurance or not. I am so pleased that this was a relatively painless process and that when my policy said there was 80% coverage it was actually 80%, not like a % of each item up to a set amount (if that makes sense?)
