Very simple sign up process. Compared every available pet insurance available, and decided on Furkin because of the best coverage with the most reasonable premiums. Hopefully they will introduce a wellness plan in the future, as I found this to be the 1 negative issue when comparing all the available options for pet insurance. I had questions, and the Customer care team was very quick to respond with the answers. I hope I never need to use them for a claim, but the peace of mind it gives me that I don't have to wonder if I can do whatever my pets may need at a crucial time is well worth the cost!
