I wasn't really impressed that the policy has waiting periods. My puppy is only 9 weeks old.
'Before your pet is eligible for their first claim, they must meet the waiting period from the policy start date for accidents (48 hours), illnesses (14 days), and cruciate ligament conditions (180 days).'
Other that that it's the first time a have pet insurance so not sure how it will go if I need to use it...
