I was skeptical about insurance claims especially when you are submitting a claim through such a stressful time. Firkin was easy, they had sent me the information ahead of time when I purchased the policy on what was required. Also, once my claim was submitted, I received almost daily updates on the status and if any action was required on our part. Our claim was settled within 2 weeks and I was satisfied with the process.
