Will never purchase from this company again as they don't know what the meaning of service is. Ordered a recliner chair from them £400 odd. When delivered found it to be damaged. Sent them photos they agreed to replace it but not until they received it back at their warehouse. I asked what I was supposed to sit on as it could take 7 to 10 days to deliver the replacement. They were not at all interested in my situation and after various phone calls and email asked that they arrange collection and refund. Will be placing the matter in my credit card companies hands if they fail to process the refund in a respectable time. Be warned.
