After many weeks waiting for delivery, (way passed the promised date) I cancelled the order and received a cheque for £494. This bounced with no explanation. Numerous calls and emails have resulted in no progress.
Fortunately, I paid with a credit card so this is covered under Section 75 of the CCA.
