Problem with order to start with, as in stock originally then told out of stock! Had to change order and wait for 2 weeks, then a further two weeks! Furniture arrived damaged and I submitted photos and an email immediately. Told the 'management team' were assessing the situation which was over 2 weeks ago! No replies to phone calls or emails to date. Want a full refund and the furniture returned ......... Not an unreasonable request for faulty goods. Very dissatisfied indeed. Delivery company unreliable and the driver very rude. Not a company worth shopping with. Pity I had not read the reviews in time.
