There is no option for minus stars. This doesn't even begin to cover it - ordered 2 pieces of furniture in August last year and have received neither. All phone numbers are disconnected and the email disabled. I'm £652 out of pocket despite promises up to November last year that I would have my furniture by the end of December. Liars and thieves - DO NOT ORDER from this company .
