Do not waste your time. They are cheap for a reason!! We purchased a king size storage bed. The top right leg fell off causing the bed frame to twist (resting on 3 legs only) so now the storage boards do not rest on the frame and fall to the floor. They came out to fix the leg and will not fix the storage compartment because in their expert opinion the bed has been over filled. I am so angry as this has only stored a summer quilt and a spare pillow. It most certainly has not been overfilled! If it cannot store this what is the point of the storage system? Useless and rude service from Aki who was very dismissive and patronising.
