I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a sofa and footstool from Furniture123 and the experience has been nothing short of a disaster. Delivery was rescheduled four times – first promised for 12th June, then moved to 17th June, then 14th August, and finally arrived (late and damaged) on 21st July. The sofa was damaged during delivery, and trying to report it is a nightmare. There’s no clear way to contact customer service through their website, and now I’m stuck on hold wasting even more time. This company has no respect for customers, awful communication, and zero aftercare. Honestly, just avoid. Pay a bit more elsewhere and get proper service and quality. Never again.
