I was a bit nervous about my order after reading the reviews on here, but I had good experience. I knew when I ordered it would take up to 14 days, and it did arrive within that time. The product I ordered was a chair and it was excellent quality, which I was surprised as it was fairly cheap. I did contact customer service via Messenger, they sent a update via text and replied within the 72 hours.
