I have previously written a 5* review for the sales process despite the terrible delivery experience which wasn’t their fault I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I have since had nothing but issues with the after sales. 3 months and 9 days after delivery my sofa seat started to really sag and you can hear it push in with weight applied. I am more annoyed with the fact the sofa is rarely sat on so this must of happened only after under a month of use. I originally opted for a refund due to concerns of the quality of the product. I have since changed my mind and asked for a replacement (which is what FIF offered me first) as I do love the look of the sofa and it has been like pulling teeth to arrange this. I have tried to speak to a manager on numerous occasions now and am yet to be put through to one to get this resolved. Apparently no managers are contactable via phone. I am now told that I must send the sofa back for a refund, then re order the sofa which is out of stock for 6 months! So they are expecting me to have no sofa for 6 months instead of swapping my current one when the replacement is in stock. I am happy to wait with this broken sofa which is what I have expressed multiple times but I am getting no luck trying to arrange this as the broken sofa will just be thrown in the bin by them what is the urgency of needing it back so soon? It is a shame as I was previously really happy with the company and this has completely changed my mind.
