Bought 4 Bucketeer chairs and they are rubbish. I had to replace the seat pads with new foam that bought separately otherwise they were so hard as to be uncomfortable and the support poles are constantly working loose despite upgrading the nuts to locknuts and soft hex bolts to square head bolts and using Locktite all at my cost.
Moral is don't buy cheap furniture especially off the internet unless it is from Amazon who never query a return.
