After falling outside of the agreed 12pm to 3pm delivery window and subsequent three phone calls after 3pm to chase an updated time, I conclude that the service provided is hopeless indeed. Furniture in Fashion are directly responsible for this complete disaster.
The courier company used is absolutely hopeless.
No further return business for Furniture in Fashion - and I was looking to buy many thousands of pounds worth of items.
