Instead of just assuring me it would, the sales assistant took the time to show me how to measure properly, and even suggested a smaller alternative that was on sale. That kind of honesty made me trust them instantly. In the end, the original sofa worked perfectly, and I’m glad I didn’t go for something smaller. Delivery was smooth and on time. The drivers were polite and handled everything carefully, even putting the sofa exactly where I wanted it. A week later, FW Homestores even called to check if I was happy with the purchase. I’m giving them 5 stars because of the professionalism, honesty, and genuine care they showed throughout.
