The broker can be called conservative in my opinion. It relates to the trading platform first of all. MT4 is basically the only option. Not the worst one in my opinion.
On the other hand the ECN XL account is a very innovative product that allows minimizing trading costs to near zero levels if used wisely. The kind of an opportunity not-to-be-missed imo.
