I opted for the ECN account type and I am satisfied with the spreads. If I compare them to my previous broker, with whom I used an ECN account as well, they are tighter on the forex pairs I trade. The commission is a bit higher compared to what is available in the market for ECn accounts, but I think it is worth paying a bit more if you receive narrower spreads.
The rest of the services I get from FXcess are quite good. I appreciate a fast withdrawal procedure and that’s exactly what they do 👍
