I found FxGiants' MetaTrader 4 trading platform user-friendly and appreciated the range of useful features provided, including VPS hosting and a multiple account manager. The mobile trading app for iOS and Android devices was also a plus.
That said, the slowness of customer support can be a source of frustration. However, I did find the educational resources and market analysis offered by FxGiants to be helpful.
