I ordered 4 pair of shoes. One pair had been previously worn. Suede on the toes and sides of the shoes was worn. Sides of the shoes were also dirty. I contacted customer service and was asked to provide photos. I provided photos and the response I received from Jack was that the suede was damaged in transit and I should use a suede brush to repair the shoes.
I find it outrageous that the Charles Clinkard provides such poor service. I will not order from this company again.
