I paid for a 2019 BlackHat Ads Account with Cloaking (1.200USD). All my ads were approved after these guys set them up. Unfortunately the account got suspended because I increased the budget instantly and didn't listen to their guide for BH ads. Fortunately the account was in the warranty period and they replaced it for free but I had to change all site, images, ads...everything...hard work.
So I recommend this service but most IMPORTANTLY read and follow the guide. Cheers!
