4 Stars only because of the account delivery +2 days delay. I really needed the account to promote some deals and I got it 5 days later.
As for the Google Ads account it does exactly as any Google Ads account does, but I don't have to worry about suspicious payments activity suspension anymore, or so it seems.
As an advice guys work on your support. That live chat only gives a few info and you have to wait for their email regarding orders. Not cool!
