I was not going to post a review about GAHH after only receiving a defective product because I understand that mistakes happen but I changed my mind after having so many issues which are documented below. The staff are very friendly but my experience with GAHH was miserable.
1/13 - Top and liner ordered
1/18 - Requested a tracking number via email
1/19 - Requested a tracking number via email
1/20 - Requested a tracking number via phone call
1/20 - Informed that they were making the liner via returned phone call
2/2 - Top was partially installed and noticed issues in the top which can be seen in the images
2/2 - GAHH offered a refund after they receive the item
2/10 - Shipping label received (8 days after return was authorized. Someone made a mistake which I understood). Informed that I would receive a refund 4-5 days after they receive the item.
2/26 - GAHH received the defective item
3/5 - Notified GAHH via email that I did not receive a refund
3/5 - GAHH notified me that I would see a refund within a few days
3/11 - Notified GAHH that I had not received a refund of the item that they received on 2/26
3/11 - GAHH notified me that they refund was issued on 3/11
In summary, I placed an order but did not know the status until I called them 7 days after I placed the order. I received a defective item and attempted to return it but someone forgot to send me a shipping label until I inquired about it after waiting 7 days. GAHH did not refund the purchase after having the item for a week. So, I notified them and they informed me that I would receive it in a few days. Two weeks passed since they received the defective item and I had not received a refund so I notified them again and they told me that they issued the refund
I do not think a customer should have to continuously contact a business to get an order status or a refund. They have had my $903.75 for a defective product for 2 months.
