Very happy with the quality of the carpet I ordered and the quick shipping on it. The thing that I was not happy with is that I tried to get samples in order to decide which color I wanted to go with. I sent a request online at the website and also called. When I called the lady said the samples would be sent out in a few days. Nothing ever came from either request. I had a sample of one color which I had not requested from GAHH that I had gotten from another company. After thinking about it for a couple of months I took a chance that the color that GAHH had would match the sample I had already. As expensive as this carpet was I didn't want to end up with a color I could not use or return .Luckily it did. I'm happy with it but it would have been nice to see some other options
