The Convertible Soft Top for Mercedes CLK (208) 1998-2003 with Heated Glass is made from high quality materials as you would expect from an item at this price point. It is beyond belief that Gahh doesn't supply a suitable zipper puller as part of the zippers. On this soft top there are 4 zippers that go across the roof and require a specialized zipper (and zipper puller that isn't included) Extremely disappointed that a $2 zipper puller wasn't included in the soft top replacement package as sewing the zippers together cost me considerably more on the installation than I had budgeted.
