They say a fool and his money are soon parted. Bought one new and sealed on eBay. Faulty!
To save redoing the plumbing I stupidly bought another. This one also new and sealed but would not switch off.
Guarantee does not cover auction sites or private sellers so unlikely to get a working shower or money back.
Use your brain and get a better make. A really bad choice, don't make the same mistake I did!
