Gala Casino failed to honour my 2nd deposit bonus, insisting i'd received it, despite me telling them clearly it was not in my bonus history (because I hadn't had it!). Customer support was awful, basically called me a liar, before they terminated the chat. I'm a member of numerous online casinos, and have never experienced such terrible customer service. Avoid if I were you.
