It is an absolute disgrace that these people think that it is okay, despite being law, to not allow other human beings to use there toilet facilities, just because they are a delivery or waggon driver delivering the stuff you want to them. What do they expect drivers to do? Please educate me. No excuse, WAGON DRIVERS MATTER!!!
