preordered the Silent Hill 2 Steelbook edition from GAME. I was then notified by email that the steelbook was delayed.
After waiting almost a month I contacted customer service just to be told that I would not be receiving my item as it was out of stock.
GAME also charged more than other retailers for the item, plus their ridiculous £5 delivery fee.
