The amount of identification needed was stupid, ranging from ID documents, screenshots of the invoice they already had themselves, a personal phone call that was like an interview "Tell me a bit about yourself" and photos of credit/debit cards. The only good thing about this website is that I got my product.
Absolutely outrageous experience, especially when you consider my purchase was only £4.52. I will not be spending money here again and will advise all to stay away from this website.
