I was very impressed with their service level. I purchased a cardigan with a stain on it (the only one left) and the teller didn't hesitate to offer me a further 10%. So different from other shops that have the attitude take it or leave it. Thanks Gap you have excellent staff who see the advantage of keeping customers happy.
