No help at all from the customer service team about a delayed order and DPD
To be honest this is a totally unreliable company and would not recommend dealing with them if you require bird food delivered on time. They just do not care about customers and more importantly about the birds who are suffering in the cold weather. And no updates or communication from garden bird whatsoever.
