No issue with the items themselves but I don't understand the need to pack every item into one box. 28kg total weight. Not every courier is capable of carrying such a weighty parcel. Neighbour told me he had to intervene when he saw the courier buckling under the weight of my delivery. Not the only company to do this sadly. Think more about saving a few pennies on delivery costs than they do about the health and welfare of the people delivering. It's nonsense really and puts me off further orders.
