My recent order was for additional spacers and net clips for use with the flexible, black rods. I use these, not as normally shown, but to make a temporary fruit cage, about 1.5m x 3m over the blackcurrant and gooseberry bushes, to prevent the birds stripping the fruit.
Happily, delivery is always prompt.
