The process from start to finish was excellent. Only a few days from enquiring to having the new boiler installed. The engineer who fitted the boiler Harry Bourn was very efficient, a very polite young man. Explained everything to me. Harry left every thing clean and tidy. Would recommend boiler plan to my friends and family.
