from the first contact via their website, the rep who came out to the house to discuss the installation, to the guys who came out to install, ( even washing up their coffee mugs ) and to the engineer who serviced it a year later they were excellent - i would recommend boiler plan uk to everyone & infact i have to my family & friends , 5 stars / A +
