I?d like to say Katie was most helpful throughout, also Graham who came and spoke to us regards which boiler would suit our needs. The guys who fitted the boiler made minimal mess and cleaned up after themselves, overall very satisfied and hope this level of service continues if ever i did have a problem. Many thanks
