Every person I have spoken with in their head office has been superb. The ultimate in customer care in my experience. The engineer that fitted my boiler was very competent and when the installation threw up difficulties due to the layout of my house, he was reassuring and able to overcome them. The boiler has made a massive difference to us, particularly when using our two wet rooms at the same time. we couldn't have done that before. I'm so happy with the product and service that I'm telling everybody.
