Installer arrived as scheduled travelling from Hull as the expected guy was off sick. Dale was friendly and competent explaining all he was planning to do and kept me informed as he worked. I couldn't fault his workmanship, he worked all day on his own. I was having a combi boiler fitted which was replacing conventional boiler, hot water cylinder and everything was removed in a tidy fashion. A visit from the Area Manager to help take the old boiler away and 6.30 he was on his way. Next day Dale arrived to finish off working again till 6.30. New valves were omitted from my order but this was solved the next working day. However one of these I discovered had a leak, but was rectified without hesitation.
