After being let down by other companies on a new boiler fitting Boiler Plan UK shifted other jobs aside to fit my boiler when they found I had not heating or hot water and hadn't had for weeks. The company director was amazing, everything was sorted over the phone. The two men who fitted the boiler were professional from the moment they arrived and the boiler was fitted all in one day.
