Very Helpful representative came to give a quotation. Discussed various options and decided on the best boiler for my house. Good Price as they were very competitive against British Gas Quotation. Installation went very well and tidy. Very pleased. Only thing I would advise is that there is a form to complete before installation which states Boiler Plan will not be responsible for any damage caused during the installation. I refused to sign this and spoke with the office. The installation team were told to carry on the installation. Obviously, this is up to individual customers to decide if they want to sign or not.
