From initial contact this company has been warm and professional plus there has been no hard push from the sales side of things. The engineer that came out to complete the site assessment was really helpful, went through the options we had and then gave really clear guidance on boiler and installation choices. We opted for a Worcester bosch combi sytem with removal of the old tank and pipework. The prices weren't the cheapest, but a lot cheaper than others, the availability to install was good and the interest free credit option with a deposit clinched it for me. Credit application was straight forward and simple, follow up details were received straight away, then when the engineers turned up they were done and completed in a day instead of the estimated 2 days with everythng as tidy as when they turned up. I would whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone requiring a new boiler
