Fitter arrived on time. Initially without the boiler, but that appeared later, and did not delay the fitting. Fitter was competent and worked diligently to ensure job was completed satisfactorily. Cleared away any rubbish, old boiler, etc. We were perfectly happy with the work and equally so with the boiler. It has been used for heating & water (both bath & shower).
