Cannot fault Boiler Plan in any way. The initial consultation was fantastic, informative and very thorough. The 2 lads who installed the full system we had were amazing. Lovely lads (James and Jon) who worked their socks off from arriving til they left at 9.15pm. The system looks great and is working faultlessly. This will be the first winter for 4 years that I won't panic every morning that my children will be cold because of an ancient system! Nothing was too much of a problem for the lads, they were outside grafting in the snow and ice, they even left us a smiley face in the filler from the old vent in our kitchen which we've left for comedy value ??
