From my initial call to Boiler Plan, I was greeted by a lovely professional lady called Sarah, who explained everthing in great detail to me. An appointment was made for one of the Technicians to attend my property, and carry out a full survey. All with no obligation to go ahead at the end of the day! Graeme arrived, and provided us with his background history within the industry, which made us feel confident that we had chosen the right company to remove our very old inneficient boiler, to a new updated Woster Bosch Boiler. We signed there and then, and within a few days Tony arrived to fit out new boiler. Tony was absolutely fantastic, he never stopped working from start to finish, and had installation completed within a day and a half! He came across a few challenges, but overcame these and finished with a job well done all round. There was no mess at the end of the day, as everything was cleaned up afterwards. This guy deserves a pay rise! To say we were over the moon with the service from start to finish is an understatement, and I would have no issues in recommending Boiler Plan to friends and family!
